In 2000 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2006 she received a Ph.D. in Law, in 2013 - a Doctor of Law degree in labor law, social security law. Since 2014 - Professor of the Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Judge of the permanent Arbitration Court of the self-regulatory organization "Professional Association of Registrars and Depositories". Managing partner of the legal business school "CTRL.School. She is a member of the Commission on Legal Reform under the President of Ukraine.

Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Higher Education. Specializes in higher education, labor law and social security law. Co-Chairman of the Deputy Association "For the Rights of Children with Special Educational Needs".
