She is an econometrician, a financier, and a fund management expert by education. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems, obtained a master's degree in Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics, and a master's degree in Finance at the University of New South Wales in Australia. She gained her professional experience in consulting companies such as Capital One Advisors, Ipopema Securities, Enterprise Investors and EY, where she carried out many projects related to analytics in investment banking. Since 2020, she has been a Member of the Expert Team of the Polish Economic Institute.
In October 2016, she joined the team of advisors to the Minister of Development and was responsible for managing innovative digital projects. She also served as an advisor to the Prime Minister on innovation and finance. In April 2018, she was appointed the Director of the pioneering GovTech Poland Programme, aiming to implement innovation and new technologies in the public sector. In March 2020, she was appointed the Plenipotentiary of the Prime Minister for GovTech.
In December 2020, she was entrusted with the management of the GovTech Centre in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
