Initiator and coordinator of the University-wide interdisciplinary programme "University of Warsaw for Ukraine", which provides comprehensive support for migrants from Ukraine. Currently 20 different units from the University of Warsaw are involved in the programme and 19 various activities are offered.
She has been engaged by the University of Warsaw for more than 20 years, first as a student and president of the board of the Economic Strategy Student Research Group, later as a PhD student and project manager at the University Technology Transfer Centre, and currently as the Head of the Research and Publications Section at the Faculty of Economic Sciences. In 2013, at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw, she defended with distinction her doctoral dissertation entitled "The role of intellectual capital in the absorption of innovation in the enterprises".
She had run her own consulting company for 13 years while actively acquiring and implementing projects for the University of Warsaw. She co-created biomedical clusters at the Mossakowski Medical Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In the period 2017-2020, dr Różycka was a member of the Intellectual Property Management Committee at the University of Warsaw. She acts as an expert performing substantive evaluation of grant applications at the National Centre for Research and Development, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and the Ministry of Science.
Dr Agnieszka Różycka is an active and enterprising person, full of creative ideas, willingly getting involved in projects that she successfully implements. Privately a mother of four wonderful children and an owner of a very energetic dog.
