Jarosław Protasiewicz defended his doctoral thesis at the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
In addition to his role as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Information Technology, for many years he served as the head of the Laboratory of Intelligent Information Systems – the largest laboratory in the National Information Processing Institute.
His long-term career trajectory has been closely connected with the field of research and development. His interests include artificial intelligence, software design, statistics and time series forecasting, as well as text and web mining. Currently, his focus is on managing projects with the use of agile methodologies, creating and developing software, machine learning, bioinformatics, and big data.
