Graduated from the Lutsk Industrial Institute (majoring in Enterprise Economics). Since 2005 after 2008 - dean of the Business Faculty of Lutsk State Technical University. Since 2008 to 2010 – director of the Educational-Research-Production Institute of Economics and Management of the Lutsk National Technical University. From 2010 to 2013 - head of the Finance Department of the Lutsk National Technical University. From 2013 to 2014 – vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work of the university and from 2014 to 2019 - head of the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance.

Since 2015 she has been a deputy of the Volyn Regional Council, from 2018 to 2019 she headed the Standing Committee on Budget, Finance and Price Policy. 2019-2020 - chairman of the Volyn Regional Council. On December 2, 2020, she was officially appointed to the position of rector of the Lutsk National Technical University.
